Refund policy

At KidzCollection, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products (toys and children’s items), we maintain a strict no-refund policy under normal circumstances. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to faulty or damaged products.

1. General Policy – Non-Refundable Products

  • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong selection, or minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.

  • Special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at support@kidscollection.pk, and our team will assist you.

2. Replacement for Faulty/Damaged Products

We offer a 100% replacement guarantee if:
✅ The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.
✅ The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The product is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

Process for Replacement:

  1. Contact Us – Email support@kidscollection.pk with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos/videos of the faulty product

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Approval & Return Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Free Replacement – Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

❌ Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear.
❌ Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
❌ Products purchased during clearance sales or marked "Final Sale."

4. Shipping for Returns/Replacements

  • Customer covers return shipping unless the fault is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • Replacements will be shipped to the original delivery address.
