Shipping policy

At KidzCollection, we partner with trusted third-party courier services to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below for a smooth shopping experience.


1. Shipping Partners & Delivery Areas

We work with leading courier companies (TCS, Leopards, M&P, Postex etc.) to ensure reliable delivery to all major cities and towns in Pakistan.

  • Service Areas: Nationwide coverage (including remote areas, subject to courier availability).

  • Restricted Areas: Some locations may have limited service; we’ll notify you if delivery isn’t possible.


2. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days after dispatch (varies by location).

  • Delays: During peak seasons (Eid, Christmas, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes), deliveries may take longer.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5,000 (terms apply).

  • Standard Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size & destination.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/email to monitor your package.

5. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the customer covers re-shipping costs.

  • Unclaimed orders are returned after 7 days, and refunds (if applicable) deduct return shipping fees.
